In this workshop, we'll explore the different regions of the brain and how they are affected by traumatic events. We'll look at brain scans to see how the brain is affected on the neurological level when traumatic events, including neglect, occur. We'll identify the various ways that humans compensate and cope; exploring the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, dissociation, defense mechanisms, for example. Then we'll look at how to heal, not only the brain, but the whole being.

At TulaSoul, I provide a sanctuary for women seeking holistic solutions to various concerns, from addiction to life transitions and chronic health conditions. Offerings include holistic coaching, yoga, pilates, meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda consultations, workshops, and more.
My unique approach delves beyond symptom management, guiding women toward an inner awakening that challenges their preconceived notions about themselves and the world. In doing so, they create space to embrace their authentic selves and live true to who they have always been. It can be daunting but ultimately liberating and invigorating.
Empowering women on their life journey is my passion. I advocate for mind, body, and spirit healing to facilitate genuine well-being across physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions.
My fascination with the human psyche and desire to help others led me to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology at twelve. I eventually embraced a holistic path, gaining certifications in life, wellness, and spiritual coaching, and becoming a yoga, barre, pilates, meditation, and mindfulness instructor This diverse background enables me to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and goals. Continually expanding my knowledge, I regularly enroll in new courses and training to better serve my clients. My most recent accomplishments include completing a 200-hour Tantra Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Immersion Training, Kundalini Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
As an advocate for social justice, I volunteer with Humanize My Hoodie, promoting racial and social justice. I also
serve as an ambassador for the Eating Disorders Coalition, which champions research funding and treatment for eating disorders.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing poetry, hiking, yoga, music, spending time with loved ones, traveling, zip-lining, learning new things, and laughing.
