Helping women celebrate their unique identity, boldly use their voice, and proudly take up space
"To listen a person into full existence is perhaps the greatest gift one can give."
At TulaSoul, women with a variety of concerns, from addiction to transitions to chronic health conditions, can find solutions to help heal mind, body, and spirit. I offer holistic coaching, yoga, pilates, meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda consultations, workshops, and more.
My approach is unique, since I believe in going deeper than simply addressing symptoms. I lead women on a journey to an inner awakening that occurs when everything they think they know about themselves and the world is questioned and turned upside-down; women are left with open space to fill with their own truth. Space to be who they are, who they have always been. It is scary, but also exhilarating and freeing.
Helping women on their life journey is my passion. I believe in healing mind, body, and spirit in order to facilitate authentic, overall physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. I utilize methods as a holistic life, wellness, and spiritual coach, as well as a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher and writer.
I knew I was going to earn my doctoral degree in clinical psychology when I was just twelve-years-old and already insatiably curious about the human psyche and aware of my desire to help others. I decided to pursue a holistic path and became certified in life, wellness, and spiritual coaching, as well as becoming a yoga, barre, pilates, meditation, and mindfulness teacher. Blending a variety of techniques has allowed me to customize my approach and best serve each client's individual needs and goals.
Given my love of learning, I’m always enrolled in new classes or trainings which allows me to provide my clients with the best service. Most recently I completed a 200-hour Tantra Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Immersion Training, and Kundalini Yoga.
Given my passion for social justice, I volunteer for Humanize My Hoodie which aims for racial and social justice. I’m also an ambassador for the Eating Disorders Coalition, which advocates for legislation to fund research and treatment for eating disorders.
My hobbies include reading, writing poetry, hiking, yoga, music, spending time with family and friends, traveling, zip-lining, learning new things, and laughing.
